  • Follow directions from cell leads and engineers, building sub-assemblies and finished units according to drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Perform necessary checkout procedures on assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a 5S workstation, promoting a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Maximize the concepts of Lean Manufacturing to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years' of experience in assembling mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Experience using hand crimpers, cutters, wrenches, and other assembly tools preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and reports.
  • Basic understanding of electrical assembly and mechanical assembly techniques.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small parts and assembly tools.
