Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
