Job Summary

Chen Moore and Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including water supply, water distribution, and stormwater management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a plus.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
