Perinatal Quality Advocate

As a Perinatal Quality Advocate at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a critical role in promoting safe care for mothers and babies by leading quality improvement initiatives and programs. This specialized nursing position combines clinical expertise with a focus on patient safety to provide high-quality care and support to pregnant women and their families.
Responsibilities- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance perinatal care processes and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote safe care practices across departments and facilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address safety concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a clinician in Women's Services.
- A minimum of 2 years of project experience in Women and Infants Perinatal Safety.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, annual bonus eligibility, and more.
