  8. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
  • Must be able to tolerate various odors and dust.

Work Environment:

Expect exposure to varying temperatures and conditions typical of custodial work.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse individuals and backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in janitorial or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must pass a drug and background check.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
