About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry, a global house of brands. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Service Expert: Achieve individual sales goals, develop strong product knowledge across all categories, and ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate brand experience.
  • Leadership Presence: Achieve personal sales goals, develop extensive product knowledge, and partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in store.
  • Building Brand Equity: Understand and communicate the brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customer, build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador, and communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven Ability and Contribution to an Elevated Selling Culture: A proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strong product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Elevated Sense of Personal Style: A keen sense of style and fashion, with the ability to effectively communicate the brand aesthetic and lifestyle to clients.
  • Minimum 2-3 Years' Experience in Luxury Goods or a Comparable Retail Environment: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field (Preferred): A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fashion, business, or marketing.
