Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, developing strong product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all categories
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and drive business results
  • Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance client service and sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders
