This position will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that all projects are executed on schedule, safely, and in full adherence to regulatory standards.

We seek an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and capable of instigating positive change.
Attractive salary ranging from £135,000 to £165,000, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of a manufacturing facility's operations.
Ensure the plant operates efficiently, safely, and achieves production goals while upholding high-quality standards.
Supervise capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring judicious resource allocation and compliance with budgetary limits.
Develop and uphold project timelines, ensuring all stages are completed within specified deadlines.
Oversee the commissioning phase, ensuring the facility functions seamlessly and meets all performance criteria.
Lead a growing workforce of 175 employees, with plans to expand by 40 new roles across various departments.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in FMCG, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management.
Must possess international experience, either through previous roles or working with multinational organizations, including experience in Europe.
Strong familiarity with the Food/FMCG sectors is essential.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing large, diverse teams.
Strong understanding of CAPEX management and budgeting practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the chemical sector.
Outstanding organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
