Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Relationship Specialist to join our State Farm Agent team. As a mid-level position, this role focuses on forming and deepening customer relationships, providing insurance recommendations, and improving customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and recommend suitable products.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals through various channels, including calls, referrals, events, and appointments.
  • Schedule appointments to review policies and make relevant insurance and financial suggestions, ensuring a remarkable customer experience.
  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services to drive new business.
Salary and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive $40,000 base salary, plus a monthly activity-based bonus to reward exceeding minimum expectations. Enjoy group life insurance benefits, paid time off (12-30 days per year), and cash out privileges. Requirements:
  • Possess a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License prior to starting, obtainable through a week-long class and state test.
  • Hold a Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
  • Be able to perform a needs-based insurance and financial review appointment.
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon activity goals to drive new business.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior in interactions with customers, peers, and the agency.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the role insurance plays in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Show commitment to learning and growth, as you will be challenged, encouraged, and equipped with resources to continually improve.
