About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Operator to join our team at our facility in Lexington, Ohio. As a Shipping Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to handle pallets with irregular shapes and weights up to 1,250+ lbs.
- Load and unload finished goods safely on trucks, warehouses, and pallets.
- Ensure accurate paperwork for outbound and inbound shipments before signing Bill of Lading.
- Perform daily equipment checks and notify supervisor of unsafe conditions.
- Complete related paperwork, including shipping inspection forms and customer-specified documents.
- Move pallets around the storage facility and stack goods in correct storage racks.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing job experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Good basic math skills and knowledge of tape measure reading.
- Possess basic computer skills and excellent communication skills.
The physical demands of this role include standing for most of the 12-hour shift, frequent use of arms and hands, and repetitive lifting of up to 65 pounds. The team member must also be able to climb stairs and work safely around hot surfaces and rotating equipment.
