Position: Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to become a part of our team. This role involves managing the complete logistics cycle, from the receipt of orders to ensuring prompt delivery to our clients. The Logistics Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with our supply chain and logistics director, production supervisor, and sales support teams to guarantee that our products are dispatched efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with customer expectations while upholding quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily shipping activities, including packaging, labeling, and loading of products.
  • Track incoming orders and prioritize them according to urgency and customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage and revise shipping schedules to meet customer needs and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels for efficient shipping operations.
  • Train and guide shipping staff to ensure a seamless and effective workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety protocols.
  • Maintain precise records of all shipments, including tracking details and delivery statuses.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding shipping, providing timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a logistics coordination role, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing shipping operations and achieving delivery goals.
  • Strong understanding of shipping processes, freight forwarding, customs regulations, and relevant software systems.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve results.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift operation experience/certification is a plus.
