Job Title: Plumbing Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our team at Lochridge-Priest Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of plumbers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, labor reports, and quality control documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Current valid Texas Journeyman's license.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial plumbing management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
