Position Overview

Koch Industries is in search of a dedicated and proactive Analyst to enhance our International Trade Capability. This role will concentrate on optimizing processes to establish and execute regulatory standards and best practices pertinent to import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, coordinate, and execute process enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assess the implications of regulatory or business modifications relevant to international trade and offer guidance on compliance requirements and suggested process adjustments.
  • Evaluate current recruitment procedures to pinpoint enhancements for roles involving access to controlled technologies.
  • Perform additional import/export responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in import/export compliance, international logistics (multimodal), or relevant compliance experience in a global business context.
  • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with export controls and regulated technologies.
  • Advanced skills in utilizing PowerBi, Alteryx, or Ui Path technologies.
