Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, recreation, or youth development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Current certification in lifeguarding and/or water safety instruction.
  • High energy levels and ability to multitask.

Salary and Benefits:
