Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Services Specialist in our evening shift program. This role is responsible for providing support and guidance to youth, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating activities that promote personal growth and development.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with youth to address their physical, emotional, and social needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, overseeing daily activities, and documenting incidents and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds. A strong understanding of adolescent development and behavior is essential, along with experience working with vulnerable populations.

This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid health insurance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
