Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Associate. This part-time position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for youth at risk, while also supporting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and maintain knowledge of the whereabouts of 15-25 youth at any given time, ensuring their physical security and contraband-free environment.
  • Implement motivational techniques, individual rapport, and positive discipline methods to promote a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and document daily shift occurrences and incidents reported to Case Management.
  • Assist with daily activities, meal preparation, and maintenance of youth services supplies and shower spaces.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with youth at risk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to rotate between two properties, approximately 20-30 minutes apart, via reliable transportation.
