Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Copilot Sales Specialist to join our Strategic Partnership Team (SPT) at Microsoft Corporation. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Americas SPT region by coordinating high-impact engagements in both planned and dynamic ways.
- Lead through influence, orchestrating various Microsoft organizations to secure large Copilot license deals.
- Drive operational efficiency to facilitate engagements in collaboration with related teams and individuals.
- Establish a strategic view on customer and partner engagements, ensuring clients see value in and invest in Microsoft Copilot.
- Promote and manage Copilot licenses, ensuring customers leverage the full potential of Microsoft AI solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional Requirements:
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Proven work experience as a strategic seller or similar role in technology sales with ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications.
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
- Prior experience in a role that required a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver solutions.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
