Your Role:

As a vital member of our Loss Prevention Team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding DFS Company assets by identifying and mitigating potential loss areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Surveillance: Remain vigilant against theft by patrolling the premises and conducting security checks.
  • CCTV Monitoring: Oversee surveillance systems to deter pilferage and shrinkage.
  • Security Audits: Perform audits on exceptional transactions and cash discrepancies.
  • Incident Management: Handle situations involving suspected shoplifters in accordance with company policies.
  • Emergency Response: Monitor for safety hazards and assist during emergencies.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Secondary School or High School Diploma equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention or Retail Security.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages as required.
