Role Responsibilities
We are in search of Medical Assisting experts to become part of our faculty team. As a faculty member, you will deliver practical, hands-on instruction in a stimulating learning environment, utilizing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and achieve educational outcomes.

This position is ideal for a Medical Assisting professional who is enthusiastic about teaching. Our academic terms span five weeks, and we maintain small class sizes, providing faculty with an optimal setting to share their industry expertise.

Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- Associate's Degree in the relevant teaching discipline or specialty area from a regionally accredited institution; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Current Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred.

Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in medical assisting is required, or a combination of three years in Medical Assisting and a related field.
- Two (2) years of teaching or presentation experience is advantageous.

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong academic and professional background
- Effective active-learning skills for instruction
- Experience in a student-centered and hands-on educational environment
- High levels of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
