Job Title: Sourcing Manager

Hybrid role with 3+ days a week onsite, with potential for 4+ days at start. We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity and provide support for complex or strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commodity and supplier strategies to drive business value.
  • Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes to optimize category performance.
  • Track and analyze category performance relative to targets, and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and team members about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff as needed.
  • Support highly complex or strategic initiatives, including analyzing supply market and current supply base, building business cases, and negotiating contract provisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP planning, demand/supply or allocation planning, and SAP or other relevant systems.
