Job Title: Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team at Monroe Operations. As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating individuals with psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, and medical problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the interdisciplinary team supporting our treatment programs and philosophy
  • Assure the delivery of quality treatment to adults, adolescents, children, psychiatric, and substance use disorder patients, and their families
  • Conduct individual and family therapy
  • Qualifications:
    • Licensed by the State of Minnesota to practice medicine
    • Must have successfully completed an accredited Postgraduate Training Residency
    • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Ablity to maintain required medical staff privileges and malpractice insurance
  • Knowledgeable about adult, adolescent, and child psychiatric disorders, and advanced principles of abnormal psychology
  • Ability to maintain information as highly confidential
  • Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical record documentation
