Job Summary
As a Private Equity Recruiting Strategist at Blackstone, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top-tier investment talent. You will work closely with our Human Resources team to identify and attract exceptional candidates through various sources and channels.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year (estimated)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs
- Identify and attract top-tier investment talent through various sources and channels
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to structure competitive and compelling offer packages
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with search firms to maintain market connectivity and access to top talent

Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in an investment-focused environment or staffing firm supporting financial services clients
- Familiarity with compensation structures within the private equity industry and experience developing complex offer proposals
- Proficiency in recruiting technology, including Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Outlook, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Proven track record of successfully executing in a dynamic, high-touch recruitment environment
- Outstanding professional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
