  • Assist partner stores in resolving issues both in-store and via phone communication.
  • Support stores in generating new customer business through telemarketing and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Communicate and implement various incentive programs to enhance business and partner engagement.
  • Adhere to all company and partner policies while representing American First Finance.
  • Manage expenses effectively to protect company assets.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure a world-class experience for retail partners and their customers.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of AFF products and program terms to effectively communicate with retail associates, managers, and district management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; additional qualifications are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with persuasive abilities.
  • Resilient and driven individual.
  • Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Advocate for customer service excellence.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
