RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines
- Conduct emergency repair for all imaging equipment
- Order and source parts
- Perform testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology
- Associate's degree in electronic technology
- Minimum of 5 years field service engineer experience, with OEM training on at least one major device
- 2 years diagnostic imaging machine repair, or related equipment experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
