We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at North Central Surgical Center, a leading provider of surgical services in Dallas, TX. As a Float Pool RN, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve shared goals
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, hospital staff, physicians, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical procedures and management techniques
Requirements:
  • Current Texas Nursing License
  • Current BLS
  • Must attain ACLS and PALS by 90 days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in a Medical/Surgery or ICU unit
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
