Job Overview
The Telesales Sales Associate is an independent contractor position responsible for generating revenue by contacting existing owners and promoting upgrades and new sales. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing owners to promote upgrades and new sales
- Follow up with new written sales to ensure successful conversion
- Maintain a minimum net volume of $33,000
- Make a minimum of 200 calls per day
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Florida Real Estate License, and/or 6 months of timeshare sales experience. Strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently, are essential for this position.
