Key Responsibilities

As a Medicare sales professional, you will:

  • Convert high-quality inbound leads into satisfied Medicare Advantage clients
  • Master our proven sales scripts for various call types
  • Match clients with optimal plans using your expert analysis
  • Manage appointments and callbacks to build robust sales pipelines
  • Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and industry regulations
  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years in telesales, with 1+ year in Medicare Advantage (inbound calls)
  • Active health insurance license in NC, SC, FL, UT, TN, TX, MD
  • Non-resident licenses in 10+ states
  • 2025 AHIP certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • Experience with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and/or Wellcare contracts (preferred)
  • Top-notch communication and sales skills
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Flexibility for peak season hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in all time zones)

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience and certifications)
  • Lucrative per-policy and renewal commissions
