  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and rotate supplies in the service areas and dining room.
  • Comply with local and SOP health, sanitation, and food/work safety guidelines.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs and floors after guests leave.
  • Comply with uniform and appearance standards.
  • Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be ServSafe certified.
  • One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
  • Must be upbeat, outgoing, and positive.
  • Must be able to assist an assisted living population and possess great guest relations skills.
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
  • Continuous use of hands and arms.
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting required.
