We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients and maintaining a safe environment under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications accurately and safely to patients
  • Provide basic nursing tasks and support to patients
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Model expert practice and facilitate orientation to basic resident care for new nursing staff
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
  • Oregon Certified Medication Aide certification upon hire
  • Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • Compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a CMA in a healthcare setting
  • 6 months of experience as a CMA at the Children's Nursing Center
