Certified Residential Medication Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Residential Medication Aide to join our team at Woodlands Senior Living. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing support with daily living activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision. You will also be required to obtain PSS certification within 120 days of hire and provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza, and COVID.
We offer a competitive salary of $21 - $29 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, vacation and holiday pay, perfect attendance bonus, referral bonus, tuition assistance, health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits, and a 401(k) savings and investment plan.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and accurately record the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the practitioner.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
- Respond to resident call lights promptly.
- Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned.
- Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
- Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, Influenza, and COVID.
- Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
