Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic, driven, and client-oriented Account Executive to become a part of our expanding team.
Account Executives are essential in supporting MP1's increasing clientele. If you thrive in a vibrant work atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $55k to $60k based on experience; commissions are unlimited.

Responsibilities:
- Quota Management: Achieve daily quota targets by concentrating on sales initiatives and value-added services.
- Value-Based Sales: Employ 'Value-Based Sales Techniques' to identify clients' current service challenges and requirements.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Creative Problem-Solving: Assess clients' needs and negotiate suitable solutions by addressing service quality concerns.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Meet sales activity and objectives through effective communication with clients via phone and email.
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Customer Records Management: Accurately document and update client records based on interactions.
- Retention Efforts: Work to retain clients at risk of cancellation or identified as potential lost accounts.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional solutions.
- CRM Usage: Ensure proper utilization of CRM and other sales tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Excellent account management capabilities.
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
