Method Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Specialist to lead our agricultural product sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in crop protection, product sales, and agronomic expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of fertilizer, seed, and chemical products, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert agronomic advice and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing product knowledge and market insights.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in crop protection and product sales within the agriculture industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • CCA certification preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of agronomy practices, seed genetics, and soil science.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, plus commission.
