We are seeking an exceptional clinician to join our team as a full-time, open tenure faculty member at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry. The successful candidate will be responsible for graduate teaching duties in a vertically integrated curriculum, as well as contributing to research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach preclinical and clinical courses in a vertically integrated curriculum
  • Conduct research and publish scholarly work
  • Participate in departmental and university service
Requirements
  • Hold a DMD/DDS or equivalent degree
  • Complete a CODA-accredited Advanced Education in Prosthodontics residency
  • Eligibility and/or certification by the American Board of Prosthodontics is desired
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior academic teaching and research experience
  • Eligibility to participate in an intramural faculty practice
