About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Keyholder to join our team at Rails. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving sales, visual merchandising, and client engagement in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store.
  • Be a brand ambassador and promote the culture of Rails internally and externally.
  • Ensure store atmosphere upholds the image of the brand.
  • Support the acquisition and retention of clients through client relationships and styling advice.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through in-store, virtual, and alternate mediums.
  • Partner with Store Management to bring to life activations and events that focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Coach, motivate, train, and develop internal teams to achieve performance goals and growth opportunities.
  • Support a positive work environment and manage conflict in the workplace.
  • Support inventory functions, cash handling, and operational processes.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a keyholder position.
  • Fashion enthusiasts and retail experience within women's and men's apparel preferred.
  • Ability to effectively create, manage, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Familiar with key retail performance indicators.
  • Adaptable, active listener, and compassionate.
  • Advanced organizational skills, writing, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.
