Job Title: Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate

Maxonic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections and enter order receipts into our computer system.
  • Place received material into proper warehouse storage locations, relocating and consolidating as needed.
  • Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment, including assemble & hold orders.
  • Prepare bills of lading and express receipts, and assist with loading trucks.
  • Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket.
  • Maintain accurate records and forms pending return of material.
  • Inspect condition of returned material prior to completing return authorization forms.
  • Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale, or return to supplier.
  • Clean warehouse and trucking/parking area, and assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables as needed.
  • Administer preventative maintenance programs to delivery vehicles and warehouse equipment.
  • Record verbal/written complaints from customers and process the complaint by responding to the customer with the action taken to correct the problem.
  • Maintain counter stock as needed, and may assist with over the counter sales.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
Working Environment:

The Warehouse Associate will work in a warehouse environment, with moderate noise levels, good ventilation, and lighting. The employee may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. The job requires operating heavy equipment and following strict safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

The job is physically strenuous, requiring the ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds, and use hand tools.
