Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our production facility's equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing methods and standards for maintenance work, ensuring the safety of our employees, workplace, and environment, and meeting all company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Staff, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies, improve key performance indicators, and eliminate downtime.
    • Service and repair equipment on a continual basis, adhering to established preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure that working conditions are safe at all times.
    • Maintain a safe work environment by holding regular safety meetings to communicate safety awareness and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain an accurate parts inventory at all times.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage within labor and OPEX budget.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing equipment-related experience required.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environments and high-speed production equipment.
