Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the seamless operation of all aspects of Reservations management.

• Ensure compliance with Head Office database protocols.

General Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in room Reservations within a luxury hotel setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with PMS/Opera systems and some knowledge of the Housekeeping department is advantageous.

• Ability to manage a high volume of work demands and pressure; strong organizational skills are essential.

• Proficient command of written and spoken English is required.
