The Windsor, a senior living community in Windsor, CO, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our residential apartments and facility. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential apartments and common areas
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and resident kitchenettes
  • Perform laundry duties, including facility linens and resident sheets and towels
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to work and communicate with the senior population
  • Must be at least 17 years of age and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 25-pound range frequently

As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive starting wage between $13.75/hour to $14.50/hour DOE, along with 3 opportunities for raises your 1st year.
