Schedule and Compensation

This role operates on a Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday schedule, with a night shift from 8pm-7am. Exempt compensation is provided, along with a bonus up to 10% of your salary. A 6-week training period is included, with a varied schedule during this time.

Position Responsibilities

This position ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost, and product loss and damage. A safe working environment is ensured by executing company processes successfully.

This role assists in developing the daily operating plan, including equipment maintenance and driver work schedules, to meet or exceed customer delivery needs. Problems are promptly solved to the maximum satisfaction of customers.

This position provides development to supervisory and driver staff, and may lead various committees, such as quality and safety. It also partners with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year, fostering a work environment with maximized employee involvement.

Required Education and Experience

An Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience, or a High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience, is required.

Preferred Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
