Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with delivery teams to identify top IT talent and fulfill client needs.
  • Grow sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
  • Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships using resources like Salesforce and Hoovers.
  • Establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build intimate relationships with prospective customers.
  • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience or degree in sales.
  • Strong desire for a career in B2B sales.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A sense of urgency, presentation skills, and high standard of professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits

Training compensation: $21.00/hr and eligible for overtime. Salary: 60k + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses. Benefits package includes 401(k) company matched retirement savings plan, paid time off, and holiday pay.
