Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various departments to create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Perform in-depth financial analyses, including variance and trend analyses, to pinpoint key drivers affecting business performance.
  • Generate precise and timely financial reports, management presentations, and ad-hoc analyses to aid decision-making across the organization.
  • Assist in refining financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Support the financial reporting processes, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, evaluating investment opportunities and optimizing costs.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and economic factors to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.
  • Enhance financial models and forecasting tools to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial planning and analysis.
  • Stay informed on financial trends and best practices to elevate the organization’s financial planning capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; a master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a comparable role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis; experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and inventory management is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including GAAP.
