We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Facilities Operations Supervisor to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Utilize extensive experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives.
- May oversee and guide the work of team members.
- Execute operational facilities management tasks to ensure compliance with security, health, safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Responsibilities include managing access control, maintaining personnel training records, monitoring security systems, addressing facility maintenance concerns, conducting inspections, coordinating building preparation activities, ensuring secure information storage, and assisting with the relocation of facility equipment.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Secret clearance is mandatory.
- The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally moving within the office to access resources or communicate with colleagues.
