Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Games Global Operations Limited. As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional testing of our software products to identify defects and ensure they meet the specified requirements.
  • Defect Tracking: Detect and track defects in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure high-quality products.
  • Test Environment Preparation: Prepare and maintain the test environment to ensure smooth testing and minimize errors.
  • Process Optimization: Adhere to and optimize standards and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in testing.
  • Documentation: Complete, review, and improve documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in IT testing, with a strong background in software quality assurance.
  • AI/ML Experience: Experience working with AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
  • SDLC Knowledge: A full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching, is required.
  • Certifications: Entry-level testing certification or ISTQB Foundational level certification is required.
