About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Security Data Services lab, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing automated cyber defence systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate and improve development and release processes
  • Perform testing and code reviews to ensure functionality and quality
  • Maintain and support IT systems, including patching and bug fixing
  • Improve the performance of existing deployments and reduce technical debt
  • Manage code deployment through RTL environment

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of DevOps related domains and technologies, including CI/CD tools and cloud environments
  • Knowledge of security principles and practices, with a background in security a plus
  • Good knowledge of Python and databases, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
