Position Summary

As a Product Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that our merchandise is well-stocked and the sales area is maintained to high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming customers and providing a superior service experience.
  • Responding to inquiries, recommending promotional products, and sharing detailed product knowledge.
  • Handling transactions by accurately processing payments, including checks, cash, and credit cards.
  • Managing customer returns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assisting with the receipt and organization of merchandise shipments.
