Job Overview:
Patriot Pipeline is on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Construction Supervisor to become part of our team. The Construction Supervisor will manage and coordinate the efforts of the construction crew, ensuring that projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of construction personnel, offering guidance and support.
- Organize, plan, and coordinate daily work tasks to guarantee effective project advancement.
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform regular site evaluations to assess progress and quality of work.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Keep precise records of project progress, materials utilized, and labor hours.
- Educate and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the underground utility construction sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction practices, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Capability to work in diverse weather conditions and physical environments.
