Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test strategies to ensure the overall quality of our software products
  • Develop automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain test environments and infrastructure to support testing activities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing-related issues
  • Participate in design reviews and walkthroughs to ensure testing alignment with project goals
  • Facilitate and oversee defect management to ensure timely resolution of testing issues

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in automation framework building and continuous testing solutions
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, and other testing tools
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Guidewire Manager P&C Insurance knowledge and Guidewire Certified professional
  • SAFe experience and Jira, Qtest, GT - Frame Work, Selenium, Postman, karate, BDD
  • Experience with GitLab, GitHub, Kibana, XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, Team City, and Bit Bucket
