Wan Bridge Group is a leading homebuilder in Houston, TX, seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing homebuilding construction projects to deliver quality homes on time and on budget. About the Role
The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction to final completion. You will work closely with vendors, labor contractors, and various departments to ensure seamless project execution. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will be committed to exceeding client expectations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to deliver quality homes on time and on budget
* Attend weekly construction meetings and community visits to build and maintain an ongoing understanding of community status and job construction processes
* Establish strategies to achieve construction goals for their community
* Develop and maintain successful relationships with vendors and labor contractors
* Interact with various departments with overall business expectations and plan
* Negotiate with vendors
* Ability to use and understand computer programs in the Microsoft Suite and construction-centric software in order to communicate project information

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction/related field
* Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
* Bilingual is a plus

Estimated Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
