Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in DTC businesses, particularly in high-growth industries like beauty, health & wellness. They should have expertise in Shopify management and integration with platforms such as D365, Loop, and Extensiv, alongside a strong understanding of customer acquisition, ROAS, and A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities- Shopify Platform Management: Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless integration with digital systems (D365, Loop, Prive, Okendo, Extensiv) for smooth operations.
- DTC Product Strategy & Development: Lead e-commerce product launches, particularly in vitamins and supplements, while aligning with broader business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Digital Experience: Ensure the e-commerce platform is engaging, balancing commerce, content, and community for an excellent customer journey.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to optimize platform performance and enhance user engagement through Shopify website optimizations and UX/UI improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Malaysia, US, and Hong Kong to integrate digital initiatives globally.
- Market Growth & Innovation: Utilize Shopify apps and integrations to drive product innovation and stay competitive.
- Minimum 5 years in product and e-commerce platform management with at least 2 years of hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience with DTC business models, especially in fast-growing sectors.
- Proficient in customer acquisition, ROAS, and A/B testing.
- Experience with SaaS and ERP systems (D365, Extensiv) and understanding of web/mobile technologies.
- Experience working with international markets, particularly in the US, Asia and Hong Kong, with an understanding of cultural nuances and localization needs.
- Strong skills in data analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage timeline, and ensure timely delivery using tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana
