Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team at Valiant Agency as a Life Insurance Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families secure their financial future through comprehensive life insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and presenting tailored life insurance solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess clients' insurance requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and effective sales strategies. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
Stay current on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to clients.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation and compliance-related tasks. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain ethical and professional standards.
Team Collaboration:
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements:
Must be a minimum 18 years of age Clean background Eligible to work in US & US Territories Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Life insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain it) is required.
